Terms of Service

Complete Care Home Warranty offers a one year service contract. With this, you get coverage for unexpected repairs and replacements of home systems and appliances.

Your home systems and appliances will be covered, no matter how old they are. Complete Care Home Warranty will repair items that are in good working condition at the start of your plan. That said, the company does not require a home inspection to qualify.

Complete Care Home Warranty covers rental properties, mobile homes, condos, manufactured homes, single family and multi- family homes. Customers have no limit on the number of claims they can file. If you sell your home, you can transfer coverage to the next owner. Currently, however, Complete Care does not offer their services in California or Washington.

In the event of a breakdown, you will need to pay a service call fee. The amount you pay depends on your plan and will be listed on your contract.

Even if you have homeowners insurance, you should consider Complete Care Home Warranty. Homeowners insurance covers items damaged by fires, water, wind, and similar events. However, it does not cover repairs or replacements due to normal wear and tear.

Customer Support

If you have any questions, you can reach Complete Care Home Warranty customer support through the online contact form. In the event of a breakdown, Complete Care has you covered. The company offers 24/7 support year round. You can give them a call to request a technician to come look at your home. Complete Care works with a network of screened and licensed technicians, who have all gone through criminal background checks to ensure your safety.

Select Home Warranty Pricing and Plans

Pricing varies depending on your level of coverage. The Complete Care Home Warranty Appliance and Systems Plans each cost ~$420. You can upgrade for the Combo plan at $499. You may also pay additional costs for optional add-ons.

When ready to make a purchase, Complete Care allows you to process everything online. For exact pricing, submit a request for a free quote through the Complete Care Home Warranty website. You can receive a quote before filling out a form to finalize your plan.

Once you sign up, keep in mind that you will need to pay for a service call fee in the event of a breakdown. You can negotiate your service call fee with Complete Care before signing up. Your contract will list the fee.

Word on the Street

If you’re looking for reviews of Complete Care Home Warranty, information online is rather limited. Newer companies tend to lack when it comes to customer reviews, and reliable sources like Better Business Bureau do not have a listing for this company. So if you’re looking for a company backed by a good reputation, you may want to consider a different home warranty service.

Places like Trustpilot or Reddit do not currently have any complaints from customers. Overall, customers have positive things to say, praising their customer service team for being “polite and respectful”.

The Bottom Line

Complete Care Home Warranty offers flexible coverage for home systems and appliances, starting at $420/year. As a relatively new service, Complete Care lacks customer reviews and listings on sites like the Better Business Bureau. However, the company offers widespread coverage in almost all of the United States. In the event of a breakdown, you won’t have to pay out of pocket for repairs and replacements of essential items in the home. A licensed, screened technician will come to your home and take care of the rest.
